Kenya takes to Senegal suspected monkeypox samples for testing

Samples taken from people suspected to have monkeypox in Kenya have been ferried to Senegal for testing and further investigation, the Nation has learnt.

The Ministry of Health on Friday cleared the samples to be flown there since the country’s testing capacity is limited given the rarity of the disease.

“The test is done using an antigen and since as a country we don’t have the capacity to test, we had to take them to a country that has dealt with the outbreak before and their laboratories are certified,” said a Ministry of Health official who sought anonymity.

The official said should the test turn positive, then the ministry will have to budget for the testing materials and also ensure that we are able to test for the virus.

Health CS Mutahi Kagwe and principal secretary Susan Mochache did not respond to our calls and messages on the issue.

Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite

reason seemed to be on the net the simplest thing to be aware of.

I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people think about worries that they just don't know about.

You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out

the whole thing without having side effect , people can take

a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

Hello, I believe your website may be having internet browser compatibility issues.

When I take a look at your web site in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet

Explorer, it has some overlapping issues. I merely wanted

to give you a quick heads up! Other than that, great site!

My programmer is trying to convince me to move to .net from

PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.

But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress

on a variety of websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform.

I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.net. Is there a way

I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be really

appreciated!
